It's a flat dual ended brush for concealer and eyeshadow.
For a full brow routine: Lightly coat both sides of the flat brush with your chosen product, before wiping off any excess. Brush through your brows with light strokes, focusing more on sparser areas. For a more defined look once your desired finish and shape is achieved, ‘carve’ brows using concealer directly underneath the eyebrow to highlight their shape. Finally, comb brows through with the spoolie to blend and groom.
To tame brows: Use the flat side to lightly apply a tinted brow gel or pomade, before combing brows through with the spoolie to create hold and shape.
