At WAW Beauty, we currently do not offer returns. However, exchanges are available for defective products.

To request an exchange, please submit your claim within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if the product is out of stock, or if shipping restrictions prevent delivery for items shipped abroad. In such cases, refunds will be processed as soon as possible. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of the transaction date.

Order Delivery
Orders within Beirut will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
For orders outside Beirut, delivery will take 5-7 working days. 

For international orders, delivery will take between 15 to 20 working days
