Vinyl effect lip color: full color and maximum shine.
Itâs the lip color that you use in 2 steps: apply the intense, long lasting color first and then the top coat to moisturize lips and get an ultra shiny, latex effect make-up result.
Apply liquid lipcolor starting from the center of the upper lip, going towards the corners.
On the lower lip, go from the corners to the center.
After a couple of seconds, when it is completely dry, apply the transparent top coat to give an ultra shiny finish to the lips. For a perfect result, use it with a matching Made To Last Definition Lips pencil.
Remove it with Pupaâs Two-Phase Make-up Remover.
